Citi mandated by Kimmeridge for fund administration

Citi has been mandated from Kimmeridge Energy Fund to provide private equity fund and cash administration services. Kimmeridge is a private equity fund based in New York focusing on early-stage unconventional upstream energy investments in the United States.

Citi will support the fund implementation and set-up, along with providing fund administration, accounting, U.S. tax compliance and cash services.

"Citi's industry knowledge and expertise have been instrumental in supporting the launch of our new private equity fund," said Noam Lockshin, vice president of Kimmeridge Energy Fund. "With Citi providing our private equity administration and cash services we can focus more of our time on looking for new investments and serving our investors."

"We are pleased to support the launch of the Kimmeridge Energy Fund and to deliver the solutions it needs to support the fund's success," said Bob Wallace, North America head of Securities and Fund Services at Citi. "This mandate is further evidence that our clients recognize how our range of investment and banking services helps support them through all phases of their growth and maturity."
